With enthusiasm, energy, and a positive Why not -attitude

The story of Akreative began with my passion for creativity and the realization that creativity resides in each of us, even if we don’t always recognize it ourselves.

Where did the idea actually come from?

I’ve had a strong interest in ideation and innovation since I was a child. I love the joy that comes from creatng something new and solving problems together with others. However, throughout my career, I repeatedly encountered a troubling observation – in too many work environments, creativity and ideation are seen more as costs and a waste of time rather than a valuable asset. I also noticed that many people think they aren’t creative. They may feel that creativity belongs only to certain people or certain fields. This is something I find incredibly frustrating.

This frustration led to the creation of Akreative. I am passionate about changing how companies and organizations perceive creativity and ideation. I want to prove that everyone is creative when they are given the right methods, the right work environment, and the right tools. Absolutely everyone, regardless of role, industry, or job function.

Creativity is a way of seeing, thinking, and solving problems in new ways. It’s not just brainstorming or colored pens, but everyday decision-making. I want to inspire, motivate, and help people discover their own creativity, and above all, build work environments where ideas flow freely, and everyone feels included and valued.

Committed, but not too serious

Life doesn’t have to be too serious. Let’s boldly try new things and push ourselves out of our comfort zones.

Challenges help us grow, and every experience teaches us something valuable. Let’s make sure to laugh every day.

Why not -attitude

Since the “can do” attitude is such an old saying, I prefer to use the phrase Why not!

I see everything optimistically, always as opportunities. Every idea and thought can lead to something good when it’s properly nurtured.

Forever curious

My grandmother, who lived to be 100, always said: “Curiosity is the secret to a long life – it keeps the mind sharp!”

I promise to approach my clients with the same childlike curiosity. I’m inspired by people and face-to-face interactions.
