My creativity coaching sessions are inspiring shared experiences—ranging from half-day kick-offs to longer-term coaching programs.

How is creativity coaching conducted?

nspirational coaching sessions are always tailored to reflect the company’s needs.

The sessions can be conducted remotely, in person, or in a hybrid format!

Always request a separate quote for personalized workshops.

Introduction and proposal

An initial assessment meeting is held with each client. During this meeting, we agree on practical matters such as goals, delivery methods, and scheduling.

After the assessment, I will send a contract for signing.

Pre-survey

The pre-survey will be sent to each participant about a week before the first coaching session.

Completing the survey only takes a few minutes.


Coaching

Creativity coaching can range from a one-time, half-day workshop to long-term, shorter weekly sessions—everything depends on the goals we set together!

Post-survey and next steps

A short post-survey will be sent electronically to the participants 3 days after the final coaching session.

We will review the pre- and post-session surveys in summary with the main contact person.
