How are ideation workshops carried out?

My inspiring ideation workshops are structured and creative sessions lasting a few hours, where participants can collaboratively develop new ideas, solutions, and improvements related to their work.

Ideation workshops are typically always conducted face to face.

Please note that the sessions can also be customized into larger packages! Always request a separate quote for personalized workshops.


Initial assessment and problem statement

A brief initial assessment meeting is held with each client. My goal is to understand the problem we are aiming to solve together. After this, I will send my proposed solution.

Once the quote and agreement are signed, we will agree on practical matters, such as the timing of the workshop and the participants.

Pre-assignments

I will send a brief pre-assignment related to your issue about a week before our ideation workshop. The purpose of this task is to prepare each participant for the upcoming workshop.

Ideation workshop

I always use a predefined method or tactic to ensure we get the most out of each ideation session!

The duration of the ideation workshop can vary from one hour to several hours or sessions, depending on the goals we set together.

Results analysis and next steps

We will review the results of the ideation workshop with the main contact person.

A brief follow-up survey will be sent electronically to participants three days after the final coaching session.
